Javeria Masood leads the systemic design and strategic foresight front of the Innovation- AccLab. She conducts ethnographic praxis, and identifies systemic gaps to bridge with program and policy design. Javeria’s focus is on reimagining, restructuring and iterating on disruptive localized solutions, challenging the status quo by ensuring community participation, capacity building, and responsive leadership. She has previously worked with several organizations, including governments, across two continents, to improve citizen-facing service delivery by running experiments, through tactical approaches.
Javeria is a social innovation specialist and an expert in systems engineering and organizational transformation, with 9+ years of experience (public/ private sector) in the fields of urbanism, social innovation, academia, and design thinking. She is a published researcher and has a Masters in Design Management from SCAD, USA.
